Yerba Buena Island, San Francisco

The redevelopment of San Francisco's Yerba Buena Island is a multifaceted project aimed at creating a mixed-use real estate development. It encompasses over 200 apartments within The Bristol Residences, with the Townhomes and the Flats residences soon to be delivered. When fully completed, this initiative will introduce 266 new residential units to the housing market. The Flats feature upscale whole-floor residences, while the Townhomes offer private residences of varying sizes. Beyond housing, the development includes the addition of pedestrian and cycling trails, 72 acres of green space, recreational amenities like a dog park and island club, and a community gathering place in areas that were previously inaccessible.

We were hired by the Yerba Buena Island project to develop and execute a critical realignment of the sales and marketing strategy. Our aim was to proactively address buyer objections and challenges, streamlining the process of introducing a new marketing and sales team to the project. By deploying innovative strategies and orchestrating a seamless transition, we played a central role in ensuring that the development resonated effectively with the evolving preferences of potential buyers in the competitive San Francisco real estate market.
