Lendlease and Google have formed a partnership to collaboratively plan, develop, and entitle four new neighborhoods in San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Mountain View in the San Francisco Bay Area. Addressing the region’s need for residential investment, these neighborhoods are being built with thousands of future residents in mind. Residential areas will be built alongside spaces for locals to work, shop, dine, and play.

As strategic advisors on this project, we identified potential target markets and strategic positioning for the development of multifamily housing in three distinct Silicon Valley cities. We recommended sizes and an optimized mix of housing units that were tailored to the unique preferences and demands of each local market. Furthermore, we made recommendations for a comprehensive range of amenities, all aimed at enhancing the appeal and competitiveness of the multifamily housing, ensuring that the project aligns with the lifestyle expectations of potential residents in San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Mountain View.
