Lakehouse, a mixed-use project with 196-residences in Denver's Sloan's Lake area, was designed to prioritize the health and happiness of its residents. The residential mix offers condos, rowhomes, and health-focused amenities including an organic urban farm, a 70-foot lakefront lap pool, a cutting-edge fitness lab, and more. The building also boasts 6,000+ square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurants. Lakehouse is one of the world's first residential projects to achieve Gold-level WELL Certification under the WELL Building Standard and in 2021, it earned Colorado's "Innovative Development of the Year" title from NAIOP.

Faced with a sluggish market, our mission was to devise and implement a suite of innovative sales strategies and techniques throughout Lakehouse's construction phase. Recognizing Lakehouse's distinct place in the Denver market, with its emphasis on wellness and a strategic location beyond the usual downtown condominium offerings, our approach was highly targeted. We concentrated on meticulously planned short-term objectives, setting daily, weekly, and monthly milestones crucial for meeting the project's established financial and time-sensitive aspirations. This strategic focus was instrumental in navigating the market challenges and steering Lakehouse towards its successful realization.
