Their software-generated floor plans were optimized to any spatial constraints, akin to Lego bricks fitting together, and aimed to streamline the construction process significantly, reducing both time and costs by 20 to 30%.

We played a crucial role in collaborating with Social Construct to guide the development of the ideal product. Our decades of experience in real estate and development gave us the insight to understand which features would resonate with developers and subsequently attract renters. By optimizing renter demographics and harnessing our strategic insights, we assisted Social Construct in fine-tuning their approach to revolutionizing the planning and assembly of buildings.
