The Stanly Ranch Vineyard Homes by Auberge are an exclusive enclave of private residences nestled among the vineyards of southern Napa Valley, featuring 40 condos and 70 single family homes, the latter of which offer a generous 5,800 to 8,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Designed for year-round enjoyment , they seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor areas and encourage residents to revel in the oasis with a private pool, inviting loggias, and ample lounge and dining areas for alfresco entertaining.

Our collaboration with the project's architects and developers was a cornerstone of our work on the Stanly Ranch Residences, particularly in the design of floor plans for both the single-family homes and the condominiums. This critical involvement ensured that each living space was not only aesthetically appealing but also functionally robust, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of potential homeowners. Additionally, leveraging our extensive network, we recommended and facilitated the hiring of a highly skilled marketing and sales team, and then worked in close collaboration with them to craft and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy. Furthermore, we guided the selection and worked alongside the interior designer responsible for the model homes, ensuring that the interiors were perfectly aligned with the project's upscale vision. We also played an integral role in selecting and collaborating with a creative firm, tasked with crafting the branding and design elements to create a consistent brand for Stanly Ranch Vineyard Homes.
